Trans America Group of Companies has been involved in real estate developments in and around the City of Edmonton for the past 40 years. Our expertise and involvement extends beyond the city limits into regional areas, such as - Strathcona County, Sturgeon County, Parkland County, Leduc County, Town of Morinville, County of Lac Ste. Anne, City of Fort Saskatchewan, and the Town of Drayton Valley. We have also acquired an exciting property in Ontario. It is resort island in Lake Simcoe, a short commute from Toronto.
Our specialty, in both buildings and land selections, is the flexibility to accommodate whatever type of development comes along. Our buildings can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of sizes and varying uses. Or, our purchasers can choose from a large inventory of excellent land designed for private development and these can be sized to suit our purchaser’ needs. While Trans America has a great deal of experience in light industrial, the company has done it all – professional services, churches convenience stores, spas, Pilates gyms, educational facilities, restaurants and office buildings – and has two exceptional resort developments in its portfolio.
The Group owns over 19 commercial buildings, covering over 1.2 million sq.ft. of leasable space in industrial, commercial/office, and retail properties. In addition to buildings, real estate assets also include over 7,000 acres of residential/commercial/industrial land in various stages of development. Current projects on the go involve over 500,000 square feet of leasable space in Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan.
